Ramona Singer is giving the most Ramona Singer answer as to what she thinks about the new highly anticipated Real Housewives of New York: Legacy show. And let’s just say that she doesn’t have very high expectations.
In an interview with the Reality with the King podcast, the reality star said she doesn’t know if she’ll appear in the new Legacy show, which has yet to announce the official cast. While she says “never say never,” she also admitted that she might not want to be in it. Why? According to her, she’s “much calmer” now that she isn’t getting all the attention. Plus, she doesn’t quite believe the spinoff will make it.
“How could it be really good?” Singer asked. “The people who they’re gonna bring back are people they didn’t want to renew anyway so what are you gonna call it? The Loser Show?”

Following the last season’s low ratings, Bravo decided to completely renovate RHONY. They announced the brand new cast during this year’s BravoCon, which includes Jessel Taank, the show’s first Indian woman, as well as Jenna Lyons, who identifies as gay.
Regarding this, Singer said, “I am very disappointed that they got rid of everybody and started fresh because I put my heart and soul in this show. So whether they renew me or not, that really is an issue for me.”
She also opened up about who her dream Legacy cast would be: herself, Luann de Lesseps, and Sonja Morgan along with a new group of “mature” and “successful” women in their 40s. As for Dorinda Medley, she would keep her part-time unless she “proved herself,” then she would make her full-time the following season. Singer also said she would leave out Kelly Bensimon and Jill Zarin because “there’s a reason why” they were let go, adding that, “From a producer point of view, I don’t think it’s such a good idea.”
