You’re a mean one, Mr. Jones.
Raiders cornerback Jack Jones got a head start on next year’s naughty list when he offered a touchdown ball to a young fan in Kansas City — only to cruelly pull it away at the last second.
The 26-year-old was celebrating a 33-yard pick-six of Patrick Mahomes in the second quarter — Las Vegas’ second defensive score in just seven seconds of gameplay — when he veered toward the Arrowhead Stadium crowd.
He held the ball out toward a young fan and pulled it back as the child grabbed at it.

The score surely didn’t make the afternoon better for anyone cheering on the Chiefs, who ended the half on the wrong side of a 17-7 score and exited the field to boos from the home crowd.
Jones came into the Christmas matchup hoping to ruin Mahomes’ holiday and end the Raiders’ six-game winless streak against the Chiefs.

“We’re not worried about them,” Jones said, via the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “It’s Patrick Mahomes we’ve got to stop. You stop the magician, then the act is over.”
Spoken like a true Grinch.
