Queensland Labor MP Jimmy Sullivan is being investigated by police over an alleged domestic incident.
Police confirmed two units attended the Member for Stafford’s address about 9.15pm on Sunday.
Investigations are ongoing and no charges have been laid.
Sullivan won his seat during the state election on Saturday.
9News has received multiple reports from witnesses who claimed his behaviour was “erratic and alarming” at polling booths last week.
Sullivan has not responded to a request for comment.
