Police allege the man smashed his way through the glass doors of Gladstone Centre Plaza in West Gladstone at about 2am yesterday.

CCTV shows a black Citroen sedan crashing into the shop and ramming the security doors.

After an investigation, police searched a home in the nearby suburb of Clinton, where they found allegedly stolen property, including multiple watches.

A 31-year-old man has since been charged with one count each of enter with intent, enter and commit indictable offence.

The man is set to face Gladstone Magistrates Court in July.

Investigators continue to appeal for anyone with information that may further assist their enquiries to come forward.
