Prince Harry “warned” King Charles II about what he could buy Princess Lilibet for her second birthday, a new report claims.
The Duke of Sussex reportedly told his father that his planned gift — “custom-made cubby houses” — was too “extravagant.”
“He wants to give Lili something she will use and be hers,” a source told OK! magazine.
“She’ll remember it forever — it’s going to be the ultimate surprise.”
But Harry, 38, who is in the middle of a massive lawsuit against Mirror Group Newspapers, put his foot down.
“Harry has warned Charles [however] to be less extravagant,” claimed the source.
It’s unclear what the newly crowned king ultimately bought for his youngest granddaughter.
What she didn’t get, however, was a public shoutout on social media from the royal family — which she received for her first birthday last year.

A royal source claimed that King Charles Queen Camilla wouldn’t share any official birthday wishes for little Lili online because they “don’t mark the birthdays of non-working members.”
“They, of course, wish Lilibet a very happy birthday, but nothing will be put out on any channels,” the source told OK! Magazine UK.

Charles’ decision to snub Lili’s birthday strayed from how his late mother, Queen Elizabeth II, handled the tot’s big day.
The late monarch wished her great-granddaughter a happy 1st birthday in 2022, just months before she passed away in September at 96.
“🎈Wishing Lilibet a very Happy 1st Birthday!” Lili’s great-grandmother shared via her official social media account at the time.
While Lili didn’t get an Instagram post, Harry and wife Meghan Markle, 41, threw her an “all-American” birthday bash at their Montecito, Calif., estate last weekend.
The month before, the couple threw their son, Archie, an “intimate” party.
