Balgowlah stabbing: Two people rushed to hospital

Grave fears are held for a pilot and two passengers of a light plane after it crashed on New South Wales’ North Coast.

Emergency services received reports of a crash at McIntyres Airfield on Palmers Island, about 120km north of Coffs Harbour, just before 11:30am on Sunday.

Multiple ambulances and a rescue helicopter are on the scene and are actively treating two people, a NSW Ambulance spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia.

NSW Police are also rushing to the scene of the crash while a crew from the Rural Fire Service providing ‘fire protection’.
