The 30-year-old was knocked unconscious and went into cardiac arrest. She spent a few days in intensive care but did not survive.
Miller was five months pregnant and her unborn baby also died.
Today, West Australian Homicide Squad detectives upgraded the charge against the 17-year-old allegedly responsible for the attack.
He has been charged with one count of murder and will appear at Perth’s Children’s Court tomorrow.
“She had a wicked attitude, I loved her. We all loved her as one and it’s brought us together. That’s my baby girl and that was my baby inside,” Edmonds said.

“She was one good girl. I loved her with all my life. I’ll love her until the day I die.
”We’re all one mob and I can’t say anything more. It’s too hard.”
Miller’s nieces Marika, Keyanna, and Brianna said their aunt was such a funny person they were never sad around her.
“She brings joy to everyone,” they said.
“She was funny, happy, had an attitude all the time.”
Marika was in the car with Miller when the piece of concrete was allegedly launched through the passenger window.
