The 50-year-old was recently engaged and due to marry her fiance in Bali this year.
She suffered critical injuries in the fiery crash and died in hospital.
Abel’s fiance’s daughter, Tahlia Oreo, was among family and friends paying tribute today, remembering her “big heart”.
“She was vibrant bright, full of life, and she had so much love to give people,” Oreo told 9News.
The couple’s three dogs were in the car at the time of the crash. One didn’t survive.
