Person hit by a train at Coorparoo Train Station, Brisbane

A person has been injured after being struck by a train at Coorparoo station in Brisbane.

Train services on the Cleveland line have been suspended following the incident that occurred at about 11.40am.

The person’s condition was not immediately known.

‘Cleveland line trains are currently suspended in both directions due to an incident requiring emergency services,’ TransLink said.

‘There are delays of up to 60 minutes. Rail replacement buses are being arranged to get you moving again.’
