A week ago, the “Lord of The Rings” actor got candid about his relationship with the singer, revealing that the affair wasn’t entirely smooth. And now, the 46-year-old actor showed the world that his romance with Perry is still blooming, regardless of how challenging their love may sometimes be.

While Perry and Bloom may have experienced rough times in their relationship, they’ve also had good times. The “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor took to Instagram to flaunt the good times they shared. The 46-year-old actor uploaded an adorable snap of himself holding hands with the 38-year-old singer, captured in what appeared to be a restaurant.
Bloom held his fiancee’s hand close to his mouth as they both looked into the camera and smiled. As the lovebirds locked their hands, the matching Tiffany & Co bracelet they wore was visible. The “Roar” hitmaker looked breathtaking in a low-cut gold dress, accessorizing with dangling earrings.
Her dark tresses were tucked behind her ear, and she rocked an almost make-up-free look with a touch of red lipstick. On the other hand, Bloom kept it casual, rocking a white button shirt and his signature ruffled hair. Captioning the shot, the heartthrob wrote, “My ❤️ #lockwithlove.”
Shortly after the Hollywood actor posted the snap, several fans filled the comments section gushing about how adorable the couple is. A fan commented, “pure happiness, you both look amazing and just… happy.” Another fan gushed, “Cutest couple.” One individual added, “I love you two, you deserve all the happiness in the world.”
Bloom’s post comes a week after he opened up about the long-term relationship between him and Perry and its difficulties. During an interview with Flaunt Magazine, the actor revealed that he and his lover sometimes found it difficult to understand themselves despite being together for a while.
According to Bloom, “We’re in two very different pools. Her pool is not a pool that I necessarily understand, and I think my pool is not a pool that she necessarily understands. Sometimes things are really, really, really challenging.”

As you may know, the pair have been dating since 2016, when they first met, and later got engaged in 2019. Although they had plans to get married in 2020, Covid ruined their plans. However, they welcomed their daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom, that same year.

The Blast detailed that the “Carnival Row” star revealed this in his birthday tribute to Perry. Bloom uploaded a picture featuring his fiancée in all smiles as they enjoyed a night out. In the post’s caption, he dropped a sweet message for his lover. He wrote,
“Each time we take a trip around the sun and get to celebrate you, I’m reminded that on this journey together and whatever the weather, I’m always smiling.”
The love affair between the couple has also left significant changes on the “American Idol” judge, which she previously talked about. While on an episode of “Dear Chelsea” with host Chelsea Handler, Perry spilled that Bloom’s personality changed her life.
The Santa Barbara native disclosed that she never thought she wanted to be a mother as she always felt disconnected from what was supposed to be her maternal side. According to the American Idol judge, those feelings resulted from “some childhood stuff,” which she did not elaborate on.
Perry pointed out that it was the way Bloom raised his first child, Flynn, from his former marriage, that made her change her mind. She said, “So that definitely, primally influenced me — something inside of me said, You, mid-30s. This man is nice. Must breed.”
When asked how she felt now that she has a child with the handsome actor, Perry emphasized that it was the best decision of her life. She also praised Bloom’s jolly nature for bringing a balance to her life as she was more heady and prone to depression.
