NSW Premier Chris Minns has condemned another antisemitic attack in Sydney’s east overnight which left two cars torched and a home vandalised.
Police are investigating how the vehicles on Military Road at Dover Heights were set on fire, and other vehicles in the street were sprayed with graffiti.
Officers are also investigating how a house which was splashed with red paint.
Police were notified of the attacks just before 4am.
The Premier in a statement described the incident as disgusting and pledged to catch those responsible.
“I’ve been alerted to the antisemitic attack in Dover Heights overnight.
“This is a disgusting and dangerous act of violence that is the latest example of a rising level of antisemitic attacks in our community.
“Civil society stands united in condemning this flagrant racism.I’ll be getting an update from police this morning.
“We’ll be doing everything we can to catch these thugs.”
