Police confirmed a man was shot and killed outside a cafe on Old Calder Highway in Keilor Village at 10.20am today. He has not yet been formally identified by authorities.
The circumstances around the shooting have not been confirmed, however, Victoria Police said the incident appeared to be premeditated.
An underworld source told The Age that Preston was the one who died, claiming “they put a clip into him.”

A second man was also shot and has been transported to hospital with serious injuries.
Police Chief Commissioner Shane Patton previously said that a man in his 50s had been shot.
