Say this for the Nets: They are never boring.
The team announced its new “City Edition” uniforms for next season, opting for a bold — and once-again local look.
The jerseys have a handful of colors meshed together, with spots of dark blue, light blue, gray, black and a red-orange blending together.

They are designed by KAWS, a Brooklyn-based artist, as part of a two-year partnership.
“My design aims to capture the vibrancy that we experience daily when navigating Brooklyn,” said KAWS, the professional name for Brian Donnelly.
Previous Nets City Edition jersey’s have paid homage to the Brooklyn Bridge, the Notorious B.I.G. and legendary Brooklyn artist Jean-Michel Basquiat.
