Kamala Harris won’t be the woman to win the US election this year according a psychic – who has predicted that the next president of the US will be Michelle Obama.
Jemima Packington from Bath goes by the name of Mystic Veg, and uses the power of the plant to make predictions about the future.
Speaking on behalf of her observations from a bunch of asparagus, Jemima predicted last week that ‘a lady’ will win the US election in November later this year. She confirmed on ITV’s Lorraine that she reckons Michelle Obama will be the one walking into the White House come January.
Last week, the asparagus psychic went viral after she appeared on Jeremy Vine’s Radio 2 morning segment where, she asked the asparagus who was going to win the US election.
Jeremy Vine asked: ‘Could you just gather the asparagus up and very simply ask it to tell us Biden or Trump in November’.

Responding to the request, Jemima said: ‘Right, I’m going to tell you it’s neither of them, it’s a lady!’ she responded, reading the mystics message.
‘I keep getting this, the next president of the United States is going to be a woman,’ she confirmed.
Following the initial prediction made on the Radio 2 show last week, Lorraine presenter Christine Lampard today spoke to Jemima via video link, who described her method for predicting the future using the vegetable.
Jemima explained: ‘I would take the asparagus and then cast it on a flat surface and it makes patterns and I’m able to interpret the patterns and make predictions from the patterns that I see.’
‘For me, it’s quite simple. For other people, it might seem a bit strange but it’s quite straightforward for me.’
Speaking about her unusual talent, Jemima added she had been making predictions since she was a ‘little girl’.
Christine then explained that there may be some method to the madness, recalling that Jemima had accurately predicted a number of events correctly including: Brexit, Mexgixt, Boris Johnson being Prime Minister, and the Queen’s death.

Jemima predicted that a ‘lady’ will win the election last week on Jeremy Vine’s Radio 2 show. On Lorraine on Tuesday, she used a bunch of asparagus to predict who this would be

However, the asparagus does not always prove accurate in its predictions – as Jemima had said England would win the Euros ahead of the tournament. England made it through to the final but lost 2-1 to Spain.
‘It was by a whisker that they lost out,’ Jemima insisted. ‘I still stood by the fact that they were going to do well in the competition.’
‘Which they did, which is exactly right,’ Christine agreed.
Turning their attention to the upcoming US election, Christine asked the fortune teller if she had anymore predictions on who would take over as president.
‘I have seen the initial M. I have predicted that it will actually be Michelle Obama.
‘She’s the quiet one who’s coming up on the inside rail,’ she suggested, putting to bed the suggestion that Vice president Kamala Harris could be next inline to win the election.

‘Because she has experience of the White House. Her husband did his bit and she supported him so I suspect he is now supporting her. So we know anything could happen in America but it is the prediction I am making that it will be Michelle.’
As she threw the asparagus online the flat surface before her, Jemima once again spotted predictions for a Michelle win, pointing out an ‘M’ shape from the vegetables.
However, she doesn’t think the win will be smooth sailing.
‘But, I do see a little bit of conflict here so it could be that it turns a little bit naughty when it comes to the actual nominations and the elections, but I keep on seeing the letter M.’
And it’s not just presidential predictions the asparagus has a say on.
Lorraine presenter, Tyler West, asked Mystic Veg who she thought the next manager of England’s football team would be.
Casting the asparagus again, Jemima said: ‘I am looking for initials. So here what I see is an ‘F’ and I also see an ‘A’ and an ‘L’. So who do we know who’s name has an ‘F’ and an ‘A’ and an ‘L’? Could it be Frank Lampard?’
Tyler replied: ‘I mean, I’m not saying it.’
Sending both Christine, who is married to the ex-Chelsea star, and Tyler into fits of laughter, Jemima then confirmed it was not her view but the asparagus’.
‘Seriously, I’m not saying it, the asparagus is saying it,’ she urged.
