Police have charged a 36-year-old Queensland man with murder after a woman in her 50s was found dead at a home in Brisbane’s north.
The woman’s body was found inside a house in Kallangur about 12.50pm yesterday after police received reports of a disturbance.

“The property has been declared a crime scene, with an investigation underway into the circumstances surrounding her death, which is being treated as suspicious,” Queensland Police said in a statement.
The man is due to appear at Pine Rivers Magistrates Court today.
