Police are hunting a group of men who allegedly assaulted and robbed multiple people at a bush dance party in the ACT.

At about 2.45am on Sunday, police were called to an outdoor party near Sutton Road in Kowen Forest, around 30km from Canberra, following reports intruders had stormed the event.

Police say the men, who were of Pacific Islander appearance, arrived in a silver van and demanded cash and items of value from partygoers.

Multiple people were allegedly robbed and assaulted and two were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The offenders were dressed in black and arrived and departed the party in a silver van, police say.

ACT Police are seeking information from attendees or from anyone who saw a silver van in the area around 2.45am near Sutton Road.
