The 72-year-old was lined up at an ATM at about 1.30pm on Sunday, March 19, and needed help because of his visual impairment.
While waiting for staff to assist him, it’s alleged a woman approached him and offered to assist him with his withdrawal.
The man accepted the woman’s help and, as the transaction was being processed, the woman allegedly withdrew a larger amount than requested.
