Last week was when the Christmas gifts I ordered started arriving, and so this weekend was when I was going to start wrapping them all and then that didn’t happen because I put it off again.
This is two Christmases in a row. Usually, I’m done by now and spending the extra free time gloating at everybody else and all their last-minute antics.
So my next plan was to get started this afternoon but then I remembered we have Five O’Clock Somewhere and I’d really rather spend the afternoon chatting about the news with Stephen Kruiser and our VIP Gold family while maybe enjoying a little on-air scotch.
I’ll start wrapping on Tuesday, I promise.
