The 81-year-old has not been seen in six days or since he dropped out of his bid for reelection largely due to testing positive for Covid-19

Joe Biden’s continued absence after announcing he’s standing down as presidential candidate have sparked a slew of memes – and rumors he’s in a hospice.

The 81-year-old has not been seen in six days or since he dropped out of his bid for reelection, with aides explaining that he’d tested positive for COVID.

Concerns have already been raised about his health, with wild suggestions that Biden is seriously-ill or even dead. The president’s health is a matter of national security, so any illness or death would quickly be announced to inform Americans of who was taking over.

But the current information vacuum surrounding his whereabouts and current physical state have caused conspiracy theorists to flood X with memes about his disappearance.

Images of Biden have been superimposed onto milk cartons as a ‘missing presidential candidate’ and others compared him to puzzle series ‘Where’s Waldo?’.

The commander-in-chief made a phone call to campaign staffers on Monday from COVID isolation at his Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

Speaking in a scratchy voice, he told those who gathered, alongside his Vice President Kamala Harris: ‘I’m watching you, kid.’

He pledged to still be involved in the reelection fight and said he would continue to hit the campaign trail for Harris as he interacted on loudspeaker.

The new presumptive Democratic nominee seemingly stoked the flames surrounding Biden’s health however during the call.

Harris said: ‘Joe, I know you’re still on the rec…on the call’, which caused GOP firebrand Marjorie Taylor Greene to ponder if Harris had gave the game away.

Greene was referring to Harris clearly starting to say the word ‘recording’ before correcting herself and saying ‘call’ to Biden.

‘Did Kamala spill the beans? Was it a recording? That’s what she started to say,’ Greene said Monday.

Conservative activist Charlie Kirk called it a ‘very strange slip’ which also got GOP congresswoman Lauren Boebert’s attention.

The Colorado representative, who has been one of the most vocal people curious of Biden’s absence, asked: ‘Where is Joe?’ She went on to demand ‘proof of life’ by 5pm Monday, stoking a rumor Biden had died.

Left-wing journalist Glenn Greenwald joined in the fray and insisted that while he’s no conspiracy theorist, the way Biden ended his campaign and subsequent absence from the airwaves was strange.

On Monday, the president’s physician issued a letter saying that Biden was almost resolved completely of his symptoms.

Dr. Kevin O’Connor wrote in his letter that his pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate and temperature remained normal.

Biden’s health appears to be what ultimately ended his campaign, after a disastrous TV debate against Donald Trump, 78, last month.

Worries about Biden’s wellbeing were exacerbated Sunday after his younger brother claimed illness had been a factor in his decision to stand down.

Frank Biden told CBS: ‘I’m incredibly proud of my brother. Selfishly, I will have him back to enjoy whatever time we have left.’

That choice of phrasing set tongues wagging about a possible terminal illness.

But a Biden family source poured very hot water on Frank’s claims. ‘Frank Biden suffers from alcoholism and hasn’t spoken to his brother in weeks,’ the source said. ‘What he said… is completely untrue.’

A top Parkinson’s disease specialist visited the White House multiple times this year, although officials have insisted Biden is in good health.
