Tracy Pollan and Kevin Bacon were once in a serious relationship. During a chat with People in 1986, Pollan opened up about the strong feelings she had for Bacon at the time. “We will probably marry, but I feel like we’re kids still, and marriage is such a grown-up thing,” Pollan said of herself and Bacon. She then added, “I’m gushingly in love.” The news outlet also stated that Pollan and Bacon became acquainted in 1981 as they acted in a play together, and they soon caught feelings for each other. The duo had both a Manhattan apartment and a Connecticut farmhouse while they were an item.

When Pollan and Bacon later split up, Michael J. Fox heard the news and quickly decided to pursue Pollan. “Someone goes, ‘Did you hear that so-and-so aren’t together anymore?’ and you go, ‘Hmm, that’s too bad. Where’s the phone?'” the “Back to the Future” star told People in 1989. As Fox and Pollan’s romance took off, Bacon found love again with Kyra Sedgwick, whom he married in 1988, Hello! Magazine wrote. Over three decades after walking down the aisle, Fox and Pollan have stayed as in love as ever.
