According to documents released by the court, Anthony Koletti claimed in a filing made on Wednesday that a Louis Vuitton watch as well as the proceeds of sale for a Breitling Navitmer watch should belong to him.
He claimed he bought the Louis Vuitton watch from his own savings and the Breitling Navitmer watch was a gift from Caddick.
Koletti also wants back his wedding ring and two paintings by artist Adrian Lockhart.
The 18-carat white gold ring with black sapphires was listed in the filing as a gift from Caddick to Koletti during their 2013 marriage ceremony.
He has also claimed an 18-carat white gold cross pendant he was given as a birthday present by Caddick.
He also claimed a black diamond bangle and a white gold black rhodium-plated skull were gifts from jeweller Stefano Canturi.
Koletti has also declared in the filing that money held in various superannuation funds and trusts should go to Caddick’s teenage son, of whom Koletti said he is the primary carer.
