The actress, 36 — who is one of the many celebrity covergirls for the 2023 edition — nearly spilled out of her low-cut sheer black dress while posing on the red carpet.

Despite putting on a loving display with her beau, Megan decided to go without the custom two-stone engagement ring MGK gave her in January 2022.
