Mark Wahlberg is all about an Entourage reboot! Say the word, and he will do what needs to be done to get the boys back together.
‘Entourage’ Could Be Back Soon
HBO has been dangling the Entourage reboot carrot in the face of fans for years, and now Wahlberg has a few words about the possible reboot and how he wants to be involved.
“I don’t know if that’s going to happen, but I would support it,” he said on the red carpet at the grand opening of Tao’s restaurant Cathédrale at the Aria Resort & Casino Las Vegas.
Wahlberg admitted to Page Six that the show’s ending affected him. “I was always sad to see the show end.” As for new information about the show possibly coming back, he said he isn’t sure about the conversations around the reboot, and no one has spoken to him specifically about it yet.
Mark Wahlberg Loved The Show
The actor believes that the guys “did an amazing job” and he “loved” everything about Entourage. The show stars Adrian Grenier (Vincent Chase), Kevin Connolly (Eric “E” Murphy), Jeremy Piven (Ari Gold), Jerry Ferrara (Turtle), and Kevin Dillon (Jonny “Drama” Chase) and focuses on the group of friends trying t hustle their way through Hollywood.
Wahlberg shares that it is semi-autobiographical and about his early days in Hollywood with his friends, cousin, and brothers. The show ran for eight seasons and also had a reunion movie. The Ted actor admits that back in the day, when he was trying to get the show going, he did a lot to get the actors to bond.

“Before we shot the pilot, I brought all the guys to Vegas… It was a bit of a chemistry thing, getting ready to come and cut loose,” Wahlberg, who moved to Las Vegas last year, told us. “It seems like it was just yesterday, and now I live here.”
‘Entourage’ Reboot
Wahlberg also shared his idea of what the show could look like when it returns. “It would look like an older group of guys probably doing things more like me, going to church and, you know, hopefully having families and getting up early and working out,” he joked.
“Might not be as exciting as when they were running the nightclubs and running all around Vegas.” The reboot rumors have been going around for some time now, since 2021,
Creator Doug Elin tweeted, “We got a new show with many of them. Soon I hope #rambleon.” He later tweeted that he needed Wahlberg on the project, or it wouldn’t be right. And so far, the likes of Grenier, Piven, and Dillon have all agreed that they are in, and would also like to explore these characters as older men and where they landed at the height of their best friend’s fame.
Meanwhile, Wahlberg is busy with another business venture; his tequila brand, Flecha Azul. “They’ve created something very authentic to their culture and be a part of them and give them the recognition that they deserve, but also being able to introduce it to a mass market and partner with them in something very appealing to me.”
