Manchester City defender Kyle Walker reportedly is at the center of a public feud between his wife, Annie Kilner, and his ex-girlfriend, Lauryn Goodman.
Walker and Kilner share three sons: Riaan, Roman and Reign, while the 33-year-old soccer star also fathered a fourth son named Kairo with Goodman while he and Kilner were briefly split up.
In a recent interview with The Sun, Goodman accused Kilner of being “cruel and venomous” to her son while “vindictively making digs at him and treating him like an outcast.”
Goodman’s accusations came after she was unhappy with Kilner’s recent Instagram posts, which she believes were passive aggressive towards Kairo.
First, Goodman, who has since switched her Instagram to private, shared a photo of Kairo wearing a Man City jersey with Walker’s No. 2 on the front following the team’s treble victory.
“2023 what a special year, history made,” Goodman wrote, according to the outlet. “I understand we have skipped a few chapters here…@kairowalker always supporting.”
Kilner appeared to fire back in a separate post, which included a photo of her and Walker’s sons on the pitch, with the caption: “3 is the magic number.”
Kilner added, “Winning the champions league with Your daddy. All these memories you get to have with your daddy.
“Nothing and no one will ever take that from you. We’ve got you 3.”
Goodman also posted Kairo’s birth certificate during the back-and-forth.
After that, Goodman told The Sun that the alleged cruel behavior has been going on for some time.
“I shared the birth certificate because I am so sick of him being erased as Kyle’s son,” she said. “I wanted to show it there, in black and white on the paperwork.
“I am not hugely proud of stooping to that level, but I have to defend our son however I can.
“There are more than three children who call Kyle daddy — our son does too.
“Annie seems to want to photoshop Kairo out of existence. Obviously I understand why she doesn’t want to actually talk about him, but there is no need for the digs. She is always writing that Kyle has three sons — but Kairo exists, that makes four sons.
“If she talked about ‘her’ children with Kyle, instead of giving a number, then I wouldn’t be speaking out. But I am sick of it.
“This week was the final straw. It was so nasty. Saying ‘Your daddy’. He is Kairo’s daddy too, he always will be, whether she likes it or not.
“None of Kyle’s children deserve this. If Annie hates me, then fine, but don’t hate our innocent son.”
Walker and Kilner, who’ve been together since they were teenagers, split in 2019 after reality star Laura Brown revealed she had “romped with him in his Bentley” vehicle, according to The Sun.
The athlete subsequently moved out of the family home he shared with Kilner at the time, and became close with Goodman — who reportedly gave birth to their son, Kairo, in April 2020.

Walker and Kilner eventually rekindled their romance and tied the knot in November 2021.
“I have had enough of this nastiness, it has been going on too long,” Goodman continued.
“Kairo has done nothing wrong and Annie cannot eradicate him from existence. He is Kyle Walker’s son.
“He doesn’t just have three sons. Annie needs to accept that.”
Goodman went on to explain that the focus should be on all of the kids.
“You hear the phrase ‘Wicked Stepmother’ in fairytales but you don’t think this will happen in real life,” she said.
“Families come in all shapes and sizes these days, stepchildren, estranged children. It is the job of the parents to act like adults and do the best for them, that’s what I try to do.”
Goodman then addressed Kilner directly.
“Annie, if you are reading this, just stop being so cruel to Kairo because our little boy has done nothing wrong and doesn’t deserve to have you so vindictively making digs at him and treating him like an outcast,” she said.
“When Annie got back with Kyle she knew I was pregnant.
“If she couldn’t handle the fact he was going to have another child she should never have got back with him.
“Annie needs to talk to someone if she still has issues over Kyle being Kairo’s dad, instead of being so venomous to our child. She is taking it out on Kairo instead of Kyle.
“You can’t sweep Kairo under the carpet, our son is not a dirty secret.”
Goodman reportedly revealed last month that she is currently expecting a baby girl with her partner, who she has yet to identify.
As for Walker’s situation on the pitch?
The England international reportedly is keen on joining Bayern Munich permanently, with “concrete negotiations” taking place between him and the German champions, according to Sky Sports Deutschland’s Florian Plettenberg.
Walker, who spent six years with Man City, struggled to secure consistent minutes in his latest campaign under manager Pep Guardiola.
The right-back has one year remaining on his current deal.
Although Manchester City and Bayern Munich have yet to reach an agreement, all parties reportedly are optimistic that a deal can get done.
Bayern’s head coach Thomas Tuchel reportedly has been a driving force in convincing Walker to join the Bundesliga champions.
