CCTV shows Webber standing in front of the car trying to stop the car but Brendan Lawrence Gillmeister allegedly hit the accelerator and collected him on the bonnet.
The car was allegedly stolen last weekend and used in a number of other crimes including a robbery.
“At that point, I held on for grim death I suppose, “ Webber said.
The car eventually stopped and Webber was able to walk away.

Gillmeister faced court on Friday for a string of charges including unlawful use of a motor vehicle, armed robbery and unlicenced driving.
His case was adjourned in court and he will stay behind bars until he is set to appear again in June.
Police are still tracking the second man in the car.
