Police were called to a unit in Chiswick after reports of a domestic incident just before 10pm on Saturday.
When officers arrived they found the body of a woman, believed to be in her 40s.
”A post-mortem will be conducted to determine the cause of death,” NSW Police said in a statement.

A 40-year-old man – known to the woman – was arrested at the scene and taken to Burwood Police Station where he was charged with murder (domestic violence).
He was refused bail to face court today.
