Paramedics have taken a man to hospital after reports of an alleged stabbing in a Bunnings car park in Queensland.

9News has been told the man in his late 20s was treated for minor injuries to his abdomen and arm after paramedics arrived at the Bundamba store.

Officers are investigating whether a screwdriver or small blade was used.

It is understood he was approached by a group of men who drove away from the scene in a dark-coloured car.

No arrests have been made at this stage.
