A man has been charged for posing in a photo with a toddler holding guns the day before a man was allegedly executed in a shooting gangland murder.

NSW Police were investigating the alleged murder of Marvin Oraiha in Elizabeth Hills on May 22, when they seized a ballistic vest, ammunition and six phones from a home in Yagoona.

Detectives said they found several images of a 21-year-old allegedly ”holding two pistols in the company of a young child, who was also holding a third glock-style pistol” on the phones seized.
