M3GAN gets all dolled up for new Marc Jacobs ad campaign

Life in plastic, it’s fantastic.

Demonic dancing doll M3GAN has landed her first fashion campaign, starring in the new ads for Marc Jacobs’ Heaven brand released Tuesday.

Photographed by Harley Weir, the killer robot — whose name is short for Model 3 Generative Android — follows in the footsteps of Christina Ricci, Kate Moss, Tara Reid and Pamela Anderson as a Heaven model.

In the images, M3GAN swaps the pussy-bow scarf, pleated shift dress and glossy black Mary Janes she sports in the horror flick for something grungier, posing in chunky platform boots and a skull-printed hoodie.

The “Titanium”-singing AI doll appears bathed in blood-red light — fitting, considering how many folks she slashes her way through in the creepy box office hit.

“The human brain isn’t meant to comprehend this,” one person commented on Heaven’s Instagram post highlighting the campaign, while another quipped, “she’s bulletproof.”

“THE DOLLS CHUCKY AND ANNABELLE AINT DOIN IT LIKE HER DONT PLAY,” a third cracked.

“M3GAN” follows roboticist Gemma (Allison Williams) who becomes the caretaker for niece Cady (Violet McGraw) after her parents die in a car crash. The engineer creates M3GAN to help Cady cope with her grief — but the doll becomes increasingly protective of her young charge, with deadly (and dance-filled) results.

Gerard Johnstone’s movie — and its terrifying titular character — inspired countless memes and became an instant TikTok sensation, in addition to earning over $120 million at the box office thus far.

A sequel is already in the works, giving M3GAN plenty of time to snag more modeling jobs (and red carpet moments, perhaps) in the months ahead.
