Quiet suburban street rocked by late night shooting as house is sprayed with bullets

A quiet residential suburb has been rocked after a house was sprayed with bullets in a late night shooting.
Bullets were fired into a house on Hill Road in Lurnea, south-west Sydney at 11.20pm on Friday.
Police were told that a car was seen driving away from the location immediately after the shooting.

Police are currently looking for evidence in the area where shots were fired on Hill Road in south west Sydney’s Lurnea at about 11:20pm on Friday
No injuries were reported to have taken place as a result of the shooting.
A crime scene has since been established, and the area is currently being examined by specialist police.
‘Officers have been informed that a car was seen to drive away from the location immediately after the shooting,’ NSW Police said in a statement.
Officers were seen on site searching the area for evidence.
