Lisa Vanderpump Claims Lisa Rinna Was Fired From ‘RHOBH,’ but Andy Cohen Refuses to Confirm

Lisa Vanderpump shut down rumors of her return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills following Lisa Rinna’s departure. The OG cast member made an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen last night (March 8) to spill the tea about her ongoing feud with Rinna.

During the broadcast, Andy Cohen asked Vanderpump, “Would you ever consider going back to Beverly Hills since Rinna is finally gone?” Stirring the pot, Vanderpump responded, “Oh, Rinna is finally gone? Did she leave or was she fired?”

After an awkward silence, Cohen said, “She’s on brief pause…” to which Vanderpump insisted, “I know she was fired.” The talk show host threw a hand up in disbelief and proclaimed, “There’s nothing I can say here.”

Thankfully for Bravo fans, Vanderpump — who now has her own namesake show on the network — reacted as if she has nothing to lose. “I’m going to get a lot of shit tomorrow, but it’s worth it,” the reality star quipped.

Getting back to Cohen’s original question, Vanderpump told the Real Housewives executive producer, “You know what, we’ve talked about it. You said the door’s always open and you’re on the right path with one gone, there’s just a few more to go.” She continued to launch into a story about her unfortunate run-in with the Rinna at a hotel in Paris, “of all the places in the world.”

Vanderpump explained, “I was staying there, I don’t know what she was doing there.” When asked if the two were able to “have a laugh together,” following the years of their pent-up drama, Vanderpump insisted that she walked into the establishment “speaking perfect French,” meanwhile Rinna was “kind of hanging around the corner, somewhere.”

Attempting to encourage the two to make amends, Cohen said, “That seems like a moment where you guys would be like, ‘This is funny!’” But Vanderpump quickly shut down the conversation, adding, “She’s not funny.”

Vanderpump was an original cast member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills before leaving at the end of Season 9; whereas Rinna joined as a guest in the fourth season, before being a main player for Seasons 5-12. Vanderpump left the show after her continued feud with Rinna, which hit its peak during the “puppygate” scandal.
