Liam Payne, a former member of the boy band One Direction, has died at age 31. A report from TMZ explains the singer fell from a 3rd story balcony at a hotel in Buenos Aires on October 16. The cause of the fall is currently unknown, but witnesses claim he was seen acting erratically in the hotel lobby earlier that day. Payne was 31.
