The Knicks will add another another veteran with CAA ties to their depleted roster with the pending signing of veteran guard Shake Milton.
Milton, who had his contract bought out Friday by the Pistons, plans to sign with the Knicks once he clears waivers, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

The sixth-year guard is represented by CAA — Knicks president Leon Rose’s former agency — and specifically by Andrew Morrison, the same agent who reps OG Anunoby and Isaiah Hartenstein.
The 27-year-old Milton has averaged 8.7 points in 296 NBA games, including 42 appearances this season with the Timberwolves and the Pistons.
Milton, who played for Larry Brown at SMU, was traded to Detroit at the Feb.8 deadline in the deal that sent Monte Morris to Minnesota.
