Fitness trainer Senada Greca, the new fitness trainer of Kim Kardashian, is sharing another ab workout with her 3.8 million Instagram followers!
The Zentoa founder donned a blue bikini to work her abs in a workout that her fans can do anywhere, at any time, with no equipment… except a towel!
Kim Kardashian’s Fitness Trainer Senada Greca Flaunts Her Chiseled Abs In Her Blue Bikini
In her latest Instagram post, the popular fitness trainer shared a few video demonstrations that featured her working her abs beside the pool. Although this workout does not require any dumbbells, she is using a white towel for most of the exercises, which include oblique crunches and a V-sit with flutter kicks.
“Abs Workout – Anywhere! No equipment! No excuses! So save and share with a friend,” she wrote in the caption. “Dare you to try this workout out! Your core will be on fire! If I can combine a short workout and hang by the pool, then that’s a win-win.”
“Can’t do it. Don’t have a towel,” one fan joked in the comments. “I will buy you one,” another follower chimed in. “Just use a ripped knicker,” another fan teased. Although some fans joked about her workout, others took the time to ask questions of Senada.

“How do you get your back so flat to the ground when doing ab work? I seem to always have a gap underneath?” one fan asked. “Is there something else I should do to help get my lower back to the ground?”
“It comes down to proper core engagement and core strength. Initially, bring up your legs from the ground and even bend them if you need to, to where you can create and maintain the lower back to the ground connection,” Senada explained. “As your Abs strengthen and you’re able to create a better core engagement, you’ll be able to lower your legs while keeping the lower back-to-ground contact. Another follower asked, “Do you cut and bulk or eat at maintenance?” Senada replied, “I never do any major bulks or cuts. I mostly maintain. If anything, I adjust up or down slightly as I see fit.”
Senada Shares A Full-Body Workout With Her Followers In Another Blue Bikini!
Senada shared another workout with her Instagram followers that was a bit much intense. The exercises all require a kettlebell (in the video, Senada uses 30 lbs) that can be subbed out for a single dumbbell if needed. Although Senada is sweating hard, her dog seems not to mind as he watches her work.
“A little sun and an incredible workout and I’m a happy girl. Finally, it’s warming up in LA and I’m loving it,” Senada wrote in the caption, along with a list of all the workouts she does in the video.
“Your dog is not impressed,” one fan commented. “He never is,” Senada replied. “You are so strong! Omg so admirable,” another follower wrote. “Your posture and form are impeccable,” another fan chimed in. Although some loved her Zentoa bikini, others didn’t see why she needed to wear it to work out.

“Why do you have to exercise almost without clothes not need it,” one user commented. “She promotes the swim and exercise line she wears/owns @zentoa and you can go straight to pool or beach… she also looks incredible and it’s her body her choice!” another follower responded.
“I also think that it’s proof that she has no body-shaping padding or clothing. Her impeccable physique is the real deal,” another fan chimed in while other followers told them not to watch if they didn’t like what they saw.
