Fitness trainer Senada Greca, the new fitness trainer of Kim Kardashian, is hitting the pause button on the intense workouts she usually shares with her 3.8 million Instagram followers!
The Zentoa founder recently took a trip to Tokyo, and although she’s been training pretty hard, she decided to switch things up a little bit. Nutrition is key to developing a strong, healthy body, so Senada decided to share what she ate on her trip to help her create her sculpted muscles. Unfortunately, a debate erupted in the comments after some users accused the fitness trainer of eating “too much” food!
Fans had mixed reactions to her video. Although some fans said they wanted to visit Tokyo “just for the food,” others thought that she was eating “too much” food. “I could not eat that much,” one user admitted. “Just look at her body… what do you think fuels that?” another user asked. “That’s not even much. It’s a healthy amount,” a third user pointed out.

Some Users Accuse Senada Of Eating ‘Too Much’ Food

“Her metabolism likely burns more calories at rest, so therefore she needs an overall higher daily calorie intake to maintain her current physique. If you had a demanding regimen similar to hers… yes, yes you could eat that much,” another follower explained.
Yet another user said, “It’s too much food” prompting another discussion in the comments. “Her metabolism and muscles need it,” another follower shot back. “No, it’s not too much food at all. It’s healthy and she burns it off fast as she feeds her muscles and healthy body,” another user explained.
“Really??? Too much food??? I don’t have her body but I’m healthy in my weight and I eat more than this,” another follower shared. “It’s not. She works out constantly. In order to maintain her muscle mass, she has to take in as much energy as she is releasing. If she sat around and ate like that all day, it would be too much food,” another user commented.

Other followers thought that Senada was actually being a good role model by showing what and how much she eats. “I think it’s good that she’s showing that you don’t have to starve to be healthy you just have to make healthy eating choices,” one user commented.
Although Senada did not reply to the discussion about how much food is “too much” for her body, she did reply to one fan, who commented, “I’m going to travel for work soon, and finding healthy food is a big concern for me.”

“I would do some research ahead of time. Bring healthy snacks with you if the area you’re going to is limited in options,” Senada replied. “You can always modify your food.
