The mystery driver who was filmed dumping a woman with a gunshot wound at a hospital has been identified as a convicted drug dealer.
Kamal Eljamal, 32, remains on the run after the woman, 37, was allegedly shot at Condell Park, in south-west Sydney, on January 12.
CCTV then captured a white Mercedes pull up to Bankstown Hospital before the hoodie-wearing driver pulled the woman out of the vehicle and fled on foot.
NSW Police believe the man was Eljamal and have launched a manhunt saying he has been hiding in western Sydney since the incident.

Eljamal had been out on parole after he spent three years in jail over his connection to a drug ring with Skaf rapist Mohamed Ghanem.
He was jailed in 2019 before he was released from prison on condition he remain on parole until June.

Eljamal pleaded guilty supplying a commercial quantity of ice to Ghanem.
Police found the drugs in the boot of his car and his fingerprints all over them.
Eljamal had also been charged with a drug supply offence in a separate incident and given a suspended jail sentence in 2013.
He is wanted on a warrant for several charges including discharging a firearm causing grievous bodily harm.

Possessing a firearm and ammunition and using an unauthorised pistol are among the offences.
Police allege the woman had been shot through the back at a home on Simmat Avenue at Condell Park on January 12.
The woman was then taken to hospital where she is continuing to recover from a severed spine.
Doctors have assessed her injuries and warned they are so severe that she may never walk again.
She has reportedly remained silent on what happened since she was dropped off at the hospital, The Daily Telegraph reported.
