Juan Soto is a $765 million Mets bet that comes with almost zero risk

Fifteen years is forever in baseball. But Mets owner Steve Cohen’s record 15-year, $765 million bet on superstar Juan Soto comes with a lot less risk than you think.

Soto doesn’t stay out late. He doesn’t carouse.

His vice is Italian food, not anything that’s alcoholic.

Soto’s hobbies range from video games MLB The Show to NBA 2K to Call of Duty. His range in the outfield is much greater.
