Joy Behar couldn’t care less about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s bombshell docuseries. The View host shocked her fellow panelists when she followed up their glowing praise for the buzzy new Netflix show by saying she found it to be “boring.”
Harry & Meghan, which dropped the first three of its six episodes on Netflix Dec. 8, chronicles the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as they open up about their love story, plus their decision to step away from their roles as working royals.
Speaking of the couple, Sunny Hostin said, “They have a beautiful love story,” before Sara Haines added, “You could always tell he loves her, but I really got a sense for what swept her away in a way that I hadn’t yet.”
Behar, unimpressed, quipped, “It’s his title.”
Ana Navarro, who echoed that she was “struck by their love story,” said Harry’s shock at the “racial component” was another element of the series that stuck with her.
“Nobody who lives in a Hispanic skin or who lives in an Afro-Latina skin is shocked by the fact that there is racism,” she said. “But Harry has lived as a white royal in England.”

The host also went on to talk about the “incredibly sad” rift between Harry and his brother, Prince William, but Behar jumped in to say that she doesn’t think it’s permanent, before upsetting the rest of the panel with her honest thoughts on the series.
“I found the show boring, frankly. I’m sorry to say,” she said. “I wasn’t that interested in them before, now I’m even less interested.”
As the music played her off, Hostin could be heard saying, “What? It’s a love story!” while a shocked Haines asked, “That’s what you’re ending on?”
