Balgowlah stabbing: Two people rushed to hospital

A Jetstar flight from to Bali was forced to turn back and land in Melbourne after a ‘passenger from hell’ went on a tirade and even banged on the cockpit door.

The plane took off on schedule at 10am on Monday, but as the woman’s behaviour became increasingly erratic, flight crew made the decision to abandon the planned route and landed in Melbourne at 3pm.

Footage shows a woman standing in the aisle of flight JQ43 shouting at passengers and staff.

‘Jetstar flight from Melbourne to Bali turned back to Melbourne today because a woman went loopy and banged on the cockpit door because she thought someone stole her phone,’ one passenger wrote on Facebook.

More to come.
