The 29-year-old fitness influencer got down on all fours in the sand as she showed off her glowing skin and her tanned cheeks for a new photoshoot in her revealing silver two-piece bathing suit!

In another recent Instagram post, Jen put on a steamy display as she crawled through the sand on all fours. Her sunned buns are on full display as she poses in a silver swimsuit that shows off her fit figure. Her long dark hair falls in damp waves around her shoulders as she closes her eyes and looks toward the camera.
In another shot, Jen rolled over and posed like a model on a swimsuit magazine cover as she bent one leg over the other and propped herself up on both arms. She smolders for the shot as the waves crash into the sandy shore behind her.
In the caption, the 29-year-old fitness influencer decided to give her followers a few “life lessons” that she learned in her 20s.

In the third and final photo of her Instagram carousel, Jen stood up and ventured out into the ocean as the waves splashed around her ankles. She posed with one hand on her hip and the other bent at an angle behind her head. Her long wet hair fell over her shoulders as she smiled at the camera.

Jen Selter Shows Off Her New Bootcamp Workout
In a new 18-second Instagram video, Jen wore a long-sleeve green crop top and matching high-waisted leggings as she led her followers through a workout that involved her pushing dumbbells and using her glute resistance bands to help shape her thighs.

In the video, Jen moves through a series of exercises designed to work the upper and lower body. Some of the exercises included jumping jackets with a push press while another exercise included doing reverse lunges with a shoulder press.
“Get ready, BootyCamp is coming! The ultimate workout plan to sculpt and strengthen your glutes,” she wrote in the caption. “Stay tuned for launch details!” She capped off her post with a flex emoji and a peach emoji.

In another Instagram post, Jen started off her video wearing a black bikini that was covered with white daisies. She is also wearing Chanel slippers and has her dark hair tied back behind her. After she slips on her sunglasses, her hair falls loose. Now she is standing in a black sports bra, covered by a black leather jacket.
She is wearing a pair of high-waisted jeans with ripped knees and a pair of strappy pointed black heels to finish off her outfit. She snaps her fingers and a silver Chanel purse hangs from her arm as she poses for a few shots out on her balcony.
