Jen Selter Looks Like She’s Wearing Nothing At All In This Little Bikini!
In another Instagram post, Jen kneeled down on the sand, turning to face the camera as she tugged up the side of her little thong bikini. Her long brown hair falls in loose waves as she smolders for the shot, digging her bare feet into the wet sand.
In the caption, Jen left some words of wisdom for her followers. “You become the best version of yourself when you work on things that people can’t take away from you,” she wrote. “Work on your mindset, character, personality, transparency, and communication. That’s the upgrade.”
In another photo, the fitness trainer sat on her knees in the warm sand as she smoldered for the camera. She is holding her bikini bottoms in both hands as she showed off the definition in her toned abs. Her knees are covered in sand as she gives her fans yet another reason to love the beach!
Fans and famous friends had nothing but love for her steamy snaps. Ashley Haas commented, “Ab goals, body goals, personality goals.” Jen replied, “hahaha oh wowww flattering me bb love you thank you.” Veronika Rajek called her “Sunshine” along with five red heart emojis. In the third and final photo of her Instagram carousel, Jen is holding her long dark hair back out of her face as she looks down, as if to admire her own fit physique. She is pinching her bikini bottom away from her body in one hand as she props herself up on her knee. Her other leg is stretched out away from her body, her lower leg and toes covered in sand.

Jen Selter Shares A New Bark Recipe With Her Followers
Jen is a fitness trainer who works out almost every day, so she knows how important it is to fuel her body to keep her going. In her latest recipe video, Jen donned a white sleeveless crop top and high-waisted brown skinny jeans to show her followers how to make a quick bark recipe.
In the caption, Jen says that she uses one ripe banana, melted dark chocolate, and melted peanut butter to make the recipe, but she doesn’t share how much of each ingredient she uses, so fans will just have to watch the video and try to guess for themselves!
She doesn’t mention it in the ingredient list, but the video shows that she also put yogurt into her blender along with her banana, so there is clearly more to this recipe than meets the eye!
“There’s nothing better than dark chocolate…. Esp chocolate covered banana! You need to try making this bark I came up with to keep in the freezer for an easy sweet snack!” Jen wrote in the caption. Even though the instructions seem a little confusing, fans seem more than eager to try the new recipe!
