The 29-year-old fitness influencer usually works out at her apartment, but she decided to switch things up and give followers a look at how to use the treadmill to create a leg-burning workout!

In another Instagram post, Jen hit the gym in a bright pink short-sleeve and crop top and high-waisted shorts that stood out against her tanned skin. In a video set to a remix of Ed Sheeran’s hit song “Shivers,” Jen steps on the treadmill and does a squat walk sideways before she grabs a dumbbell and starts doing jumping jacks with an overhead press. After moving into a squat and press, Jen decided to do a few reverse lunges, squat hops, lateral lunges, and even more squat hops!
In the caption, Jen reminded her followers that “We ALL start somewhere. Not just in health and fitness, but life! Were you an expert when you started your first job? Did you get promoted in your first two weeks? Was your first relationship the one you can still say you’re in today? Some people may be able to answer yes, but a lot of people have to face these struggles over the course of their lives.”
“It’s not something that happens overnight. So how can you expect your fitness journey to be the same? We all love some instant gratification ( Like the way dark chocolate hits my ❤️) But your health isn’t where you should expect that, it’s where you should expect persistence and consistency to create results!” she continued. “If you bring the effort and open mind, I’ll bring all of the tools to help you come a little more into your own in 2023.”

In her latest Instagram post, set to the tune of Mathey’s “Ameyatchi,” Jen shared a time-lapse video of her doing a headstand on her balcony with her green sneakers pressed up against the railing. She matched her sneakers with a bright green sports bra and high-waisted green leggings that popped against her tan.
In the caption, Jen wrote, “Learn to see things from different perspectives. Never limit yourself to just one point of view.” Fans couldn’t get enough of her words of wisdom or her bright green outfit as they showered her post in green heart emojis!
