In another recent Instagram post, Jen shared both a photo and a video of the two riding along the waves in a boat. Steph is sitting on the right, wearing a strapless pink tie-dye bikini while Jen poses beside her in a strapless blue tie-dye bikini.
Even the shade of their sunglasses reflects their colorful bikinis as they pose for the shot. Although many fans gushed over how “gorgeous” and “beautiful” the two sisters were, there was another reason that Jen decided to share the video.
Although the definition in Steph’s abs are clearly visible in the shot, it might not stay that way for long! In the caption, Jen revealed, “Sooo is it a boy or girl in my sisters belllly?! 🤯🙈🥰 1st trimester ✔️.” Fans were shocked and overjoyed to hear the news that Jen was about to become an aunt!

In yet another recent Instagram post, the fitness guru posed in front of her balcony in her long-sleeve white pajama set before she tosses it aside to reveal a pink thong bikini. After flaunting her fit physique for the camera, her dog Gram tries to climb up her toned legs.
After pouring liquid into her pink BlendJet, Jen mixes it up and then sits on her round rainbow rug as she sits in front of her laptop. She later lies on her stomach as she begins to work on her laptop and begin her day.

In another Instagram post, Jen takes her pink leggings, her yoga mat, and her glute resistance bands onto the rooftop at sunset. After doing plank jacks, she moves into leg raises, squat jumps, and a variety of other exercises to build her glutes and trim her legs.
Jen ends the video by giving her fans a rear view of her outfit and her white sneakers with cheetah-print soles as she stares off the edge of the railing at the city below her. In the caption, Jen wrote, “RULE #1 – Never Skip a Monday workout!”
