Jason Sudeikis begs persistent fans to stop ‘scaring’ him while asking for autographs: ‘I’m just a human being’

Jason Sudeikis has begged persistent fans to stop chasing after him, admitting he was left “scared” over their latest attempt at getting his autograph.

Over the weekend, the “Ted Lasso” star, 49, was forced to confront a group of die-hard fans trying to get his autograph outside The Dynasty Typewriter comedy club in Los Angeles, Calif.

In video footage obtained by TMZ, the Emmy winner appeared visibly frustrated with a group of people who had waited 3 hours to catch a glimpse of him.

“Guys, please, stop, stop, I’m not going to sign anything,” the father of two said in the clip. “I literally have to go!”

The outlet notes that around 15-20 fans began waiting for the “SNL” alum at 6:30 p.m., and stayed there until 9:30 p.m. when he finally left the building.

“I’m sorry, that was a lot, that scared the s–t out of me,” he told fans pursuing him on his way out to his vehicle. “For real, I’m just a human being. Please, I’m going home, good night.”

The “We’re The Millers” actor, who shares two kids with his ex Olivia Wilde, ended up signing a few autographs before heading toward his car.

Another desperate fan rushed over to his vehicle and asked him to sign more items.

“Maybe as you stand and wait for your [vehicle]?” the fan asked, however Sudeikis turned around and left.

It comes just days after pop star Chappell Roan drew some clear boundaries for herself with invasive, aggressive fan behavior.

“I don’t care that abuse and harassment, stalking, whatever, is a normal thing to do to people who are famous or a little famous, whatever. I don’t care that it’s normal,” she began.

Roan, 26, explained that just because it’s the norm to accept “this crazy type of behavior” from fans as a singer “does not make it OK” to do.

She has since threatened to quit making music as a result of the interactions.
