Did Joe Biden sell out America — and commit crimes — by making “policy decisions” in exchange for cash from a “foreign national” when he was vice president?
A whistleblower claims the FBI has a file linking the prez to just such a “scheme,” per a new subpoena from the House Oversight Committee.
Yet signs point to the Justice Department punting on any evidence.
Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) says the whistleblower’s claim raises “concerns that then-Vice President Biden allegedly engaged in a bribery scheme with a foreign national.”
He and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) wrote Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI boss Christopher Wray that the tipster is “highly credible.”
If such a file exists — it’s said to have been created back in 2020 — there’s good reason to suspect the Justice Department has been trying to bury it.
The public’s been in the dark on it all until now, with no sign of any probe based on the whistleblower’s allegations.

And this follows the anonymous IRS agent who came forward last month claiming a coverup in the Justice Department’s probe of Biden’s son Hunter.
Indeed, for years the department has dragged out its investigation of the first son’s tax issues — and presumably, his apparent influence-peddling and other issues.
Maybe the FBI did act on the new whistleblower’s charges, but didn’t find enough evidence. Or maybe Justice prosecutors are hard at work putting together a case.
But the Biden’s Justice Department is hard to trust, politicized under Garland to target parents who speak up at school-board meetings and even traditionalist Catholics.
And, apparently, to ignore all the rich material suggesting Biden-family crime involving China, Ukraine, Russia, Romania and Mexico (for starters).
We have no idea how far Comer & Co. will get in ferreting out the truth from Justice on these or any other allegations. But it sure makes you wonder how many whistleblowers may have been squelched already.
