A Perth teen has died after a car collided with his dirt bike, throwing him to the ground.
Corey Salvador, 16, was fatally injured when the bike collided with a Kia Sportage on Phoenix Road in Hamilton Hill last night.
Corey was taken to hospital where he later passed away. A local told 9News emergency crews were “doing their best” at the scene to help save him.
He was remembered by his friends and family as an “irreplaceable bright light”.

“It isn’t fair he was taken from us so soon, he will forever be in our hearts,” his family told 9News.
Corey bought the bike just week before the fatal crash.
Residents said the road often attracted dirt bikers.
Another rider could be seen on CCTV footage swerving on the road without a helmet on just a few hours before Corey’s accident.
