It’s been said that there may be a shady side to Ben and Casey Affleck, but the children of Timothy Affleck and Chris Anne Boldt are consistently each other’s biggest cheerleaders. The dynamic duo support each other in their personal lives as well as their individual careers. They’ve even worked on multiple projects together.
Of course, 1997’s “Good Will Hunting” put them both on the map, but it was only the first in a number of successful collaborations between the two brothers. That same year, the two also worked together on “Chasing Amy” a film about a male that falls in love with his friend who is a lesbian. In the year since then, they have also both appeared in 1999’s “200 Cigarettes,” an interesting depiction of a group of friends in their twenties navigating through life’s ups and downs, and 2007’s “Gone Baby Gone,” an award-winning film that follows two detectives on the hunt to solve the disappearance of a little girl.

Understandably, the public nature of the Affleck brothers’ work can sometimes make things challenging and competitive, but the two are eager to support one another when possible. “You get to where you have had enough failures and you realize that you’ve got one brother,” Casey shared with The Scotsman in 2008, via E! News. “You are going to ruin the relationship by being competitive over who gets to be in a movie? Are you kidding me?”
