9News can reveal Brett Andrew Button now faces a total of 63 charges over the June 11 tragedy at Greta.
The 58-year-old was originally charged with 10 counts of dangerous driving occasioning death and one count of negligent driving causing death, relating to the passengers who died.
This week, 52 fresh charges have been added, including dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and causing bodily harm by misconduct, most of them relating to the guests who were injured.
Button was behind the wheel of a coach transporting wedding guests to Singleton from the nuptials of Mitchell Gaffney and Maddy Edsell at the nearby Wandin Estate winery.

Police claim Button was driving too quickly and allegedly told passengers to “fasten your seatbelts” in the moments before the vehicle lost control at a roundabout and slammed into a guardrail, before tipping onto its side.
Button was released on strict conditional bail after spending a night in custody.
A court has previously heard he is a devoted family man and is devastated by the incident.
His next appearance is scheduled in Newcastle Local Court on August 9.
