9News Money Editor Effie Zahos has revealed how online shoppers can get more bang for their buck in next week’s Black Friday sales.

Popular online sites such as ShopBack and Cashrewards give shoppers money back just for using their link to shop on a retailer’s website. 

Certain sites work with specific retailers.

Shopback consumers can get a $20 sign-up bonus and then 22 per cent cash back on purchases made at Myer’s online store, as well as 30 per cent off of a Woolworths shop.

With Cashrewards, customers can pocket an extra eight per cent cash back on the sale price of items they buy through their referral.

New customers can earn an additional $10 for signing up. 

The site is also offering $20 cashback at Petbarn and Target. 

A separate site, called Grow My Money even offers direct cash back into home loans.

But, experts say you are trading in personal data for the deals.
