How the Nets can configure a crowded starting lineup — by benching Ben Simmons or keeping him in

Sooner or later, the Nets are going to be healthy (yes, we know it’s the Nets, but bear with us).

And when coach Jordi Fernandez has a full roster, he’s going to have some tough calls to make.

Nic Claxton hasn’t started yet in the regular season after hamstring woes cost him the entire preseason. Ben Simmons — who had back surgery in March — won’t play both ends of back-to-backs until further notice.

But make no mistake, decisions loom. Whether it’s on Marathon Sunday against the Pistons or somewhere down the line, they’re going to fall on Fernandez.
